The Contest
A couple of weeks ago, I announced a contest to win a free web design book The Web Designer’s Roadmap. I created this contest as a thank you to my readers, and of course as a way to gain a little more exposure. I wanted to start off by saying thank you to all of those who have entered. I really appreciate anyone who took the time to enter by subscribing, retweeting, Following me on Twitter or all three.
I never expected so many entries. I feel like for the first major contest, this was a success. All in all, there were 564 entries, and the winner was chosen at random.
The Winner is…
Without Further ado, the winner of The Web Designer’s Roadmap is Karen Argent! Congratulations to her and I hope you enjoy the book Karen. It is a good read and it really gives you some nice insight into how the tops pros handle their projects.

Since the relaunch back in July of 2012, I have given away templates and freebies to my subscribers, and with the success of this contest, I am going to hold contests more often. As time goes on, the prizes will continue to grow, so be sure to check back frequently to see what the newest contest is. Along with articles and tutorials, we can have some fun, too!
